Stopped in on a road trip across the country and boy was I surprised. This is the mecca for yogurt lovers. Now I like to call myself a yogurt aficionado and thought I had seen it all when it came to yogurt selection. This palace of bacterial fermented milk is a life changer. The staff was so enthused to share the culture of their cultures. They taught me that yogurt can go beyond that which comes from a cow. Try their water buffalo, goat, ewe, mare, camel, and yak yogurts. My girl friend bought ewe and camel yogurts and blended them together. Pure bliss! I was a geek over their water buffalo Greek yogurt. I've made lifelong friends at the Friendship Food Mart and suggest you do the same. Homogenized or not, everyone should support this pantheon of dairy delight!
